A bit about Sam:
I'm the Wellbeing Coordinator for HMP Cardiff. 
I started working for HMP Cardiff August last year. My Job is to try and help prisoners and staff cope with prison life, in a variety of ways, but mainly by building relationships, listening and reflecting. 
I have worked in a variety of community based projects previously, helping people with drug and alcohol issues, homelessness, mental illness and victims of domestic violence.
